I'm quite sure DXM potentiates opiates via it's dissociative activity although not totally favourable it doesn't have to perform with liver enzymes. Assuming dissociative consequences of DXM lead to potentiation it makes sense that ketamine would do it also. I'll test come across something definitive on this in the near future.As component of this
